1. This Site is owned and operated by Ascella Services Ltd, furniture-varna.com. The Internet Shop located on the website at www.furniture-varna.com makes it possible to shop online.

2. All of the content included on this Site, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and source code is property of furniture-varna.com and protected by Bulgarian and international copyright laws. Content on this Site is to be used only as provided in these Terms. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

3. This Site and its contents are provided "as is". Your use of this Site is not warranted to be uninterrupted or without error. Furniture-varna.com nor its representatives will be liable for damages of any kind (lost profits, direct, indirect, compensatory, incidental or punitive damages) arising out of your use of this Site or of your inability to use it.

4. Furniture-varna.com will protect your privacy. We will not, under any circumstances, disclose your personal information to third parties. All data shared with us by our customers, either by phone, instant messaging, email or through the website will be used only to take and fulfil customer orders and to administer and enhance the site and service. The customer will also be contacted to confirm the delivery date and time. If you make a purchase with us, we do store your order information in our customer database for tracking purposes. For security reasons, credit card numbers are never stored on a system that is connected to the internet.

5. All prices in the www.furniture-varna.com Internet Shop are given in EUR and include VAT.

6. We accept the methods of payment listed on this web site. Payment will be debited when we have accepted your order. The total amount you pay is the same, regardless of the payment method you use.

7. Assemblage and handling are offered with any purchase and are included in the price.

8. Prices for merchandise shown online are only valid for delivery in Bulgaria and do not include delivery.

9. If we have to pay any monies or hire an attorney to collect payment from you we can recover from you all of our collection costs including the fees of our attorney.

10. All furnishings remain our property until delivered to you and paid for in full.

11. We warrant that the merchandise you purchase from us will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover the natural variations in graining and color of wood or any other natural material.

12. If the furnishings we sell you do not meet the above warranty, we will repair or replace the non-conforming merchandise.

13. Our site contains links to other sites. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the content on these sites.

14. Your IP address is used to to to help identify you and your shopping cart and to gather demographic information.

15. This site uses ”session" cookies. A "cookie" is a small data file stored by your web browser on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies are needed to maintain your current shopping cart content.
